Marinate for 8-10 hours. Preheat oven to 425*. Remove meat from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. In a cast iron skillet, sear on high heat for 2 minutes on each side. Place the skillet in the oven for 6 minutes. Remove and tent meat in skillet with foil. Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Slice against the grain and enjoy.
Marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 Tbl. olive oil, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp garlic, Italian seasoning, salt/pepper, and red pepper all to taste.
1. Place a rump roast in the crockpot.
2. Sprinkle a dry ranch salad dressing mix on top.
3. Sprinkle a dry au jus gravy mix on top.
4. Put a stick of butter on top.
5. Place about 5 pepperoncini peppers on top.

Cook on low for about 8 hours.
